Careers at Bear Construction
Build a Career in Site Work, Heavy Civil Construction & Utilities
At Bear Construction, we’re more than a construction contractor — we’re a team of skilled professionals building the foundation for residential developments, commercial property developments, and industrial developments. Our work spans site work construction, heavy civil excavation, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer services, underground electrical pipe installation, and Fire & Domestic Water infrastructure.
If you take pride in working with your hands, operating heavy equipment, solving real-world construction challenges, and being part of projects that shape communities, you’ll feel at home at Bear Construction.
Why Work With Bear Construction

Strong internal teamwork leads to safer job sites, better-built projects, and long-term success for everyone involved.
